You will definitely want to take a look at the latest video put out by the American Police Officers Alliance. It’s the most recent video in their series exposing the strategies, goals, and true agenda of the anti-police movement (Antifa, other extremist groups, their allies in the media, and anti-police politicians).
This newest video shines a light on three cities that have decreased their police budgets and have seen big increases in crime, especially violent crime.
The highlighted cities are Philadelphia, Portland, and Austin, and the video presents important statistics connecting decreased police funding to increased crime.
And of course there are many cities throughout the nation that have also experienced high levels of crime related to the adoption of various anti-police policies. Invariably, elected officials have played an important role in promoting these policies. Too many politicians who cave in to the extremists (or even provide them outright support) imagine that they can forever evade accountability.
In some cases, cities that previously had relatively low levels of crime (such as Seattle and New York) have seen significant spikes in criminal activity. And other cities that already had very high crime rates (such as Chicago) have only gotten worse.
Increasingly, millions of Americans no longer trust the politicians or the media. The video points out that people are rightly concerned about rising crime. People are seeking answers to the crime wave, and the politicians who favor the slashing of police budget have no answers about how to protect our communities and families.
Spurred on by Antifa and other radical activists, too many politicians are determining police policies and budget decisions on emotion, ideology, and fear rather than objective reality and facts on the ground.
But, as the video’s narrator declares, “truth can prevail … and for the American Police Officers Alliance, spreading that truth is central to our crucial mission in support of our nation’s police.”
